Rosa spent 18+ years at Nordstrom in various integral Sales and Management roles. Her expertise in building, coaching, and developing strong teams will lead to the highest level of customer service and satisfaction in all your Real Estate endeavors. Rosa also held the position of Regional Client Care Director in the Healthcare Industry, where she served the greatest generation of all time. She demonstrated her capabilities of serving multi-generations in the most crucial time of their lives. Rosa believes you should "treat others as you would like your parents to be treated."

Rosa has lived on the Peninsula since the age of 2 when she and her family migrated from Nicaragua. She loves the diversity the Bay Area offers and stays close to her roots. Her parents have been a huge influence on her, teaching her the value of family, hard work and serving others. She has enjoyed living in Daly City, South San Francisco and most recently in San Mateo where she resides with her husband Kevin and her two daughters Alexa and Natalia and Rhodesian puppy Leo.

Rosa leverages her strengths; collaborates well with others and moves fast to provide the best results without compromising service. Rosa is obsessed with meeting and exceeding her clients needs, and demonstrates the confidence to negotiate and make the buying and selling process seamless.
